Helmut Newton

Berlin is cool, very cool, and if there is one thing that you don’t want to miss, it is the Museum fur Fotografie.
It is this impressive building which at the moment hosts 2 exhibitions. One is a retrospective of the life of late Mr. Newton, with newspaper publications, letters from his friends, props and belongings and a real size reproduction of his office. The other is about the Taschen edition, called Sumo, of his work. You can admire real prints and also the entire layout of the Sumo book.
Although we ave probably seen a lot of these pictures before, they are very beautiful, provocative and daring.
I have enjoyed seeing them all together, as they adorn what it seems to be miles of walls.
